Of course, we are well versed with the UCP600 regulations, ISBP, current and previous. Our training adheres strictly to the guidelines as well as to our Letter of Credit experience. Still, we understand the practical application of working with LC’s and the creation of Letter of Credit Documents and know the daily ‘crisis’ that go hand in hand with Export Logistics. Somewhere down the line, anything can and does go wrong with the transport shipping, but how it affects your documents depends on you and your next decision. In this Workshop, we will work with real LC’s, what went wild in these various situations and what ‘out of the box thinking’ got us through these and other such challenging issues that may appear to be leading you straight down the road to unavoidable Discrepancies.

This has been our motto for all of our Letter of Credit Training Workshops since 2006; Our Attendees have fun! They learn and remember. There is great interaction, and it is a high-intensity mental workout. The personal involvement and energy that is given by both Instructor, Jolie Cosman and the Students make each workshop slightly different but none-the-less, intensely memorable, with full immersion to true to life Letter of Credit transactions they are far from dull. These are not PowerPoint slide driven classes guaranteed to have everyone yawning or looking at their watches anticipating the time to leave. Our classes are full of laughter, and taught from a completely new perspective, that by the end of the class translates to a camaraderie of having been through the same learning experience. You will never hear Jolie say, as a typical speaker may: “I’ll try to get through this material as quickly as possible to get you out of class on time, I know you have a lot to do”. On the contrary, rarely is anyone anxious to leave and you will much sooner hear her say “How much fun we have while we go through this material depends mostly on you! So loosen up and remember you came here to learn and you WILL leave here with all of your questions clearly answered and feeling empowered!”. That is more her style. Even though a full-day workshop can leave you mentally tired, the end of day feeling is similar to a full-day of being at the beach! You leave satisfied, happy, and as you take a long deep breath, you feel fulfilled.
